the only things you are missing are a front sight post, gas tube, handguard, and stock

gas tube <15 bux
FSB instead of railed thing is probably a negligible difference in price
you still need a delta ring to secure the barrel to the receiver, so may as well get a handguard cap <25 bux difference
Then a stock is a practical piece to not leave out <25 bux difference there, too

So for a plain jane ar without leaving off parts that are there for a reason, its only 80 bux more than you project (taking a 360bux gun to 440, which shouldn't break the bank)
