I have an opportunity to buy one, guy is asking $450.
Just the gun and two magazines, in excellent condition.
It's chambered in 9mm, with a 16+1 capacity.
Private sale because my state isn't kek'd. No tax.

What do?
>>
>>28283749

Go for it. Had a 941R, loved the shit out of it. The only reason I gave it up was a partial trade on a truck. You won't regret it.
>>
>>28283763
I just wish he had the full kit.
I found a year old post on armslist with a lady selling the .41 kit and accessories minus the gun and 9mm slide, for $150.

That is my dream. Had to choose between my USP and the Jericho back in '99 when I bought my first pistol.

The Jericho with steel frame and polygonal barrel makes me moist.
It's the old version without the accessory rail, safety on the slide.

The Jericho and the USP are the sexiest.
I wonder if they make .40 S&W kits for the Jericho...
>>
>>28283749

Buy it. Mine is pure sex to shoot and also sexy looking.
They can use CZ-75 and Tanfoglio magazines too, which means mags aren't too hard to get more of.
>only pic I have right now.
Sorry the book's not relevant.

It really does feel amazing in my hand, and I like the decocking feature.
Definitely right at home next to my USP.40 and Sig p938.
I'm excited to take it shooting tomorrow.

The DA trigger pull is nice and smooth.
It's better than the DA pull on my USP.40.
Feels smoother, and less like pulling a strong rubber band. I'm going to take iit shooting when the range opens in a few hours. I hope this rain fucks off.
>>
Hello /k/. I'm somewhat new. Would it be acceptable for me to post a thread on hypothetical military battles? Such as between Romans and Samurai?

Although weapons are part of the discussion, it also covers other aspects. Would this be acceptable?

Just like my uncle's. I miss the guy. You got the 15 round mag?
>>
Op, you got the baby eagle with the slide safety, the Jericho has a frame mounted safety like 1911. You dun fucked up

The Jericho 941 is like mine, but mine is the mid sized compact. It also is a Magnum Research, which is one of the stamps I'd prefer.
I don't like the new version Jericho with the safety/decocker on the frame, rifled barrel instead of based polygonal, and fucked up styling with the accessory rail.

I love this pistol, and I have absolutely no regrets.

Space Cowboy Status: Steppenwolf
>>
>>28294861
Yes. But 16 fit...
>>
That is a baby eagle, not a Jericho my friend. A Jericho says Jericho.
>>
My department use to issue the Jericho as the standard sidearm. The feeling when it was taken out of service and replaced with the glock 22 before I joined
>>
>>28295028
Semantics. Mine is built in the exact configuration with the exact same specs as the original Jericho 941. The nicknames changed back and forth. Literally the only difference is the stamp. It is an earlylier model, early 2000s.

The new Jerichos aren't the same pistol.
>>
Consider getting a TriStar T120 and later getting it worked on by Cajun Gunworks, too.
>>
>>28295095
I like the Tristar.
Dude is selling this, I kunda like it.

They're very nice. I put a Streamlight TLR-4 on the rail, Hogue grips on it (needed to take a knife to the screwhole and cut some off the bottom to make it flush), and painted the front dot in high florescent red. I did all of that to make it easier for my mom to use, she has an injury that makes using both arms difficult and doesn't have great vision, so the dot being red will make it easier to keep track of it and to see when backlit.

You might want to get it refinished later. The weight is great. When loaded, it balances extremely well and shoots very soft.
>>
>>28295136
I plan on getting the night sights.
Once I had them on my Sig, I can't settle for anything less.
>>
>>28295184
http://cajungunworks.com/product-category/canik-tristar/

You might have to get the slide cut for new sights if you go for tritium sights. These guys USED to have them, but now only sell fiber optic for some reason.

The rest of their services are definitely worth it though.

>>28295213
Oh, forgot to mention, the pistol is so nice that my mom who is permanently injured and so has weak and crippled shoulders and is just out of shape in general with poor eyesight, without the laser because it hadn't arrived yet, was able to shoot within a grouping the size of this canteouple at a distance of 20 yards without her glasses. It was her first time shooting.
>>
>>28295253
I believe it, it seems like an under the radar kind Iif gun.
It has top tier build quality and features, at a mid tier price.
I've always liked all steel guns. My USP is close to perfect imo, but there is something special about all steel. And in 9mm compact it isn't too heavy. It seems just right, and seems to retain enough weight when near empty to still be very stable while you dump the entire mag.

>>28295307
Then you, my friend, may also like the Sarslimaz ST10.

Basically what would happen if a USP fucked a P226 and CZ75. That's all metal.
>>
>>28295395
Sexy. I definitely see the blocky H&K style front end influence.

I have a few more pistols I'd like to add to my collection.
It's objectively retarded, but I want a S&W .500 with an 8" barrel.
Someone local is asking $1k for theirs, with Houge grips and 75 rounds of Hornaday. But it's the snubby, 4" barrel iirc.

I really want the 8" barrel though, for the full Itchy & Scratchy effect.
>>
>>28295573
Haha, not a bad thing. Makes me think of Hellsing.

I plan on getting a Hi-Power.
>>
>>28295609
Is it true you can use 1911 holsters on those?
>>
Buds has it new for 473. . .
>>
>>28295609
I've wanted a Hi-Power since I was a kid.
I also want a RIA "Baby Rock" .380

I have a few thousand to invest in guns at the moment. If I can get a model I like below market, I try to jump on it. There is a pawn shop selling a CZ-52 in 7.62 Tok for $299. I want that too.

I want a piston driven AR too. And an AR pistol. And one of those baby AKs.

It's like the one thing I love about the south. Funs and blammo. I grew up in California, so despite the downside of living in the south, I can buy awesome guns... and the local sporting goods store sells high end switchblades. Shit's amazing.
>>
>>28295682
That's the new version with accessory rail and rifled barrel.
I bought a classic model with the weeboo frame and polygonal barrel.
>>
>>28295623
Most of the time as long as it's not those plastic ones but you're better off getting a nice leather one made for it or make it yourself.

>>28295729
Baby Rocks look pretty great, haha.

The AK I plan to build is like this:
DDI Hogue AK47
4150 CHF Barrel
Effin-A 7.62 Comp Mk II
Samson Field Survivor Kit for Hogue grip
(Rail) RS Regulate 303 Lower, AKR Upper or whatever fits the optic
Optic (Kobra?)
Magpul MS1 padded sling
Mako Group PTK grip
Mako Group VTS grips
Total cost is about $1500-2000 including other little things I plan to do to it once I get my hands on it and mess with it for a while.

I had to have it, definitely an impulse buy.
No regrets. The girl even thinks it's the sex.
