GCA is one of the cheapest you can join. 4chan doesn't have a club anymore.
and 1911s will be going up for sale, but I wouldn't count on it being soon. Expect minimum 6 months to a year.

Unless you're going for collectibility/antiquity, you're better off buying a Filipino-made 1911 like a RIA for the same price or less as those milsurp 1911s will be. I guarantee those things are going to be rickety as fuck and not great for shooting.

I would still highly recommend you get in on the CMP anyway and get yourself a service grade M1, though.
