I would not be wearing my backpack all the time, but most of the time.
- That Ruger MkII would be suppressed with subsonic, in case it is needed. Tactical Solutions suppressor preferably.
- Always carry a medkit, you might need it for yourself or those around you in the event of a terror attack. You're the first responder here!
- Duct tape, wire cutter, wire, etc. Interrogations, anyone?
- Binoculars for stakeouts, obviously.
- Emergency phone

Now on to the messenger bag.
- A .300 Blackout AR (preferably the new BCM .300BLK w/ 9" barrel and AAC 762-SDN-6 suppressor) with an Aimpoint T2 and Surefire mini-scout light
- gas mask (terror attack)
-smoke (might help conceal myself and an HVT or of course civies around me)

- folding knife
- HK USP45 in a Black Center Tactical IWB kydex holster
- spare mag for USP in kydex holder
- two GI magazines for AR in kydex double mag holder
- smart phone
- glasses (cool factor, PERSEC)
- Hat
- First Spear Deceptor vest with ceramics
