Could someone not? Would this technically count as an SBS or something?
>>27915440
I'm 99% certain it'd be considered an AOW.

>>27915460
No it would just be a pistol or a destructive device because lol atf
1. Contender or any other break action pistol is not sbr
2. Judge or any 410 revolver without a stock is not an sbs
>>27915523
probably just a pistol. no reason to expect that it would be a destructive device given the judge and others, like you mention.
>>27915537
The judge can't be a DD because its not a 12 gauge so its clear of the over .50 cal rule/sporting exception.

>1. Contender or any other break action pistol is not sbr
They become one if you mate a short barrel to a stocked receiver. They become a AOW if you mate a short barrel to a pistol receiver.
>2. Judge or any 410 revolver without a stock is not an sbs
That's because those are technically .45LC pistols that happen to also chamber and fire .410 shells.
They have rifled barrels so they're just pistols.
A 12ga that short is an AOW.
End of story.
I'm not even American and I know this shit better than you.

Would be if it were smoothbore, but it's rifled and chambered for 45LC.
Meanwhile at Franklin armory....
