What does /k/ think of Louisville Slugger?

It is a Baseball bat. However with a nail through it becomes a Baseball bat with a nail

killed more people than mass shootings in the US.

OP here, that's definitely me. Any particular reason it would be less effective than other melee options?

It's the kantana of blunt weapons, flashy overhyped and easily outclassed in most scenarios

I heard you could possibly play sports with it when not defending your home from dindus
but im not sure.

Hey look I'm in my hallway or a space with restricted movement, I'm so glad I perfected the lost Samurai art of the 2 handed above the head rush.
Save up $200 and buy a used gun & a box of hollow points if your attacking an intruder in the same room or FMJ's if you need to shoot them through the dry-wall.

dont buy wood, buy a metal bat
theyre lighter and pack the same, if not more punch
>>27576357
Buy an extendable baton, pretend you are a Fencer from star wars galaxies. Thank me later.
>>27576389
probably much better, but i think the bat could act as a better deterrent, the baton isnt very intimidating

You see its a 2 front attack, on the one hand they don't take you seriously because of the noises and might just take pity on a tard , and then before they have a chance to 360 and walk out the door their knee cap gets shattered & you quote your favorite scene. I usually go with something like "Because he's holding a thermal detonator".
I have a couple of bats that are from when my great grandfather was a young man, they're solid as hell. I've got one in the umbrella stand by my front door and one in the old empty oil barrel full of canes and oars in my room.
Pretty sure that at least one of these has taken part in breaking a limb at some point.

it will become your best friend if you ever successfully use it to defend yourself in a hostile 2A jurisdiction. Because it's not really a weapon, AMIRITE? No hostile intent.
