You're O is not very good, the ' needs to go right of the thing, not on top of it.
It's like an oasis, the main vertical line needs to be almost completely left while the circle part of it needs to dominate. Then finish it off with a ' in the top right corner. The ' can be pretty big.
Take this >>17531051 as an example rather than namasensei's handwriting.
It's probably better to just look up a stroke order table on google and follow that.

Namasensei got me started on Japanese nearly a decade ago. I stopped when his lessons ended, and hadn't done anything with it until I picked up Anki two months ago. Still owe my basics to this bitch. Words like "manko" and "kusai" are as ingrained in my memory as my native language.
