Definitely has a huge lifespan due to his youkai half.

One boon specific only to him mentioned in the actual source is Rinnosuke has a ridiculous constitution.

Even youkai can catch physical diseases just like humans and are highly vulnerable to spiritual afflictions like curses. However Rinnosuke due to being a hybrid is immune to practically every single disease/affliction possible.

In short Rinnosuke can't really get sick or fatigued ever.

The last time ZUN has ever given specific heights was back during PCB era and stopped ever since with only Komachi getting a comment on her height since.

Of his official appearances and depictions what is consistent is their sizes compared to his desk. Most of the 2hu standing up are only a little taller than his desk, exception is Sakuya who was a lot taller and is one of those with a proper height giving us something to work with. Meanwhile Rinnosuke compared to his desk is quite a bit taller than the desk whilst sitting down.

So everything really points towards Rinnosuke being pretty damn huge even for a man when standing up.

Because Remi on record is officially much smaller than even a 10 year old. She's tiny even compared to a elementary schoolgirl making her one of the officially shortest 2hu's in the whole franchise. Even Flandre who is supposed to be younger is apparently the same height as Patchy and Marisa who are all confirmed taller than Remi but still canon midgets.

You have Reimu who actually is slightly above average for a mid-teen schoolgirl. We know Meiling, Yukari, Komachi and Sakuya are all the same height and on record as the tallest characters being tall even for a adult woman.

There are some weird official heights too which the fandom often forgets like Rumia who is thought as a midget actually being being same or taller than Marisa. Alice being the same size as Yuyuko who is taller than Reimu.
