Skytree is pretty great to visit so long as you don't have to line up for two hours to get up there.
Seeing you're close you can probably just pop by and see how the queue is before deciding.

I ended up going to the Skytree today, lines were minimal.
Pretty cool place, as tourist traps go. Great views for sure, I considered staying and going back up after sunset but the rain rolled in and destroyed any photo potential.
