I'd imagine it would one of those "Not around others" type of relationships since she has her image she is keeping up. I was so nice and checked it. Only states that vampires can't cross flowing water. So when it rains the airspace is all flowing water. But likely they can fly over or take a boat over bodies of water. One also needs to consider everything that isn't 'crossing', like shooting danmaku. Nothing that it weakens them, more like they can't physically cross it. Can't find anything about it stopping them in their tracks so they likely can just move out of it.
