Are you dense? The only time she talks in DiPP, she's talking about the honest men. Unless you're talking about the revised DiPP, which is just a bunch of generic non-sense descriptions that hardly link together.
Further, reusing music isn't proof of jack shit, that's just ZUN reusing music. You might as well say that UB is canon because one of the songs shows up on the SSiB OST.
