I'm pretty tall, and the DS145 has proportions closer to an adult woman scaled down to the size of a 10 year old girl. There's not much there to hold.
It's difficult to get a sense of scale from pictures.

I just wanted to drop in and thank the bros that recommended me the Witch's Temptation. It's the first 'proper' onahole that I've owned (I've had a couple hips), and after receiving her and waiting almost a week I gave her a shot tonight. While I went too slow/soft to really feel the vacuum gimmick, the textures are fantastic and it's very accommodating for the size (I'm 6 1/2", and I had no trouble with it). IMO, fully worth the somewhat-premium price of admission. I'm also pretty sure that, unless she gets a really bad rip, this thing will practically outlast the apocalypse.

I've had the Fuwa Mocchi and the SPDX as well. SPDX is far better for cowgirl and hands-free, and I thought that it had a much better vaginal tunnel. Fuwa Mocchi is great if you want something light, and has a superior anal tunnel (and is easier to clean, although neither one is really a nightmare in that respect). Just be aware, with my length (6 1/2"), if I hilt the Fuwa Mocchi, my entire glans comes out the other end. I had no such issue with the SPDX, but YMMV.
