Did Nico change recently? Why can't I see the Japanese comments?

i've also been unable to view the japanese comments in the html5 player, even with the site language set to japanese. not sure if it's impossible or if i'm just missing something. still works with the flash player, though.

I was always able to view Japanese comments but never able to actually comment in the Japanese section. This wouldn't change that. I always used it as speed reading practice.
