I'm guessing it has to do with location. General Gensokyo = Midday. Cirno's area.
Yokai Mountain = Autumn. Tengu area.
Shrine = Spring. Reimu's area.
I'm guessing she's planning to go into the Forest of Magic, which will be in the winter, next. Marisa's area. God knows what's there though. There's a link between Cirno and Eternity Larvae in that they're both fairies, but a hag and a komainu? I don't know any pattern.
