- suddenly cancelling an order 2 month before delivery date

- warranty and repair requests are a pain in the a***

there are a few suppliers of masks. GKO and Ride The Pig Studios are the first that come to mind right now. You can of course make it yourself but that is a lot of time and effort.

as for the suits.
I loose a little bit of dexterity in my fingers when i first put it on (its like wearing a pair of gloves). but other than that, there is no real difficulty in wearing it.

the suit is not the thing that makes you hot, it is the mask and inadequate ventilation or so i understand

It's pretty hard to keep a kigurumi mask hair neat. It requires a lot of maintenance. Always brush before storing and before using, always bottom to up (because usually they are synthetic wigs).

Often times, bangs or pieces of the hair tend to wear out so you have to respray them into shape.

You can also use detangler or silicone spray to help you with brushing.

Also some people, depending whether your kig has wigs that are heat resistant, use hair ironing to diminish frizz.

I always pack my mask with plastic cover and bubble wrap before I store it.
