I agree the flowers are nice, when Cirno loses the tan she should keep using flowers to look more feminine.

I like it as an alt-design. Maybe sometimes Cirno tries to go to the beach and passes out because she forgets she's an ice fairy. Then She wakes up with really bad tanlines. I'd be alright with her staying like that for a little while and then turn back pale in a week or two.
