What saving throw is needed to avoid mindbreaks.

Assuming 3.5, will save, governed by wisdom. Now, while elves on't get any + to wis or will saves natively, they do have a +2 vs enchantment effects, and a lot of mind affecting things are imn that category- this includes feeblemind, which is probably the closest to mind break as it permanently sets INT and CHA to 1.

As such, Parsee would have above average resistance to mindbreak due to racial save bonuses.

Working off the traditional "mindbroken by the cock" style of "you can't beat the cock", I would do it 2 ways- normal cock assaults would give a fort save to inflict refluffed negative levels- failing a save gives you a stacking debuff that's "-1 to everything, if you have stacks = Hit die you are mindbroken, see feeblemind."

But, accounting for the presence of *masters* of the cock requires taking things from he weeaboo fightan magics book, which would be a strike maneuver- this would give them a secret technique of the cock where a single thrust forces the target to Fort, then will save vs mindbreak.

Even more advanced masters of the cock get to improve this ability to be harder to save against- only needing the target to fail one save, not two, and the *truest* masters of the cock can not only nearly automatically force mindbreak by targeting the *lower* of the two saves, but, if the target fails the save and is mindbroken, can force nearby onlookers to *also* make a save or be mindbroken as well, with the sheer power of the masters cock being able to overwhelm people it hasn't even touched.

This has been /Touhou General/, putting too much thought into really stupid ideas.

Assuming 5e then and not PF because PF is essentially 3.5 but somehow worse at balance, change fort saves to con saves, will saves to cha or wis saves depending on what you feel is more appropriate, change ToB manuever mindbreak skills to X/short rest abilities, and use disadvantage in the ungraded mindbreak abilities in place of targeted saving methinks.
