Personally I make a mold of each one when I first buy it, then I take it out to the forge once it starts tearing. Start by cutting out the inner layer, separating the two layers. Melt the outer layer and pour it into the case mold. Take the inner rod mold and push it through the middle slowly as you pour the melted inner layer in a circle around it.

I'm no expert but the discoloration could be mold.
Try washing it first with fairly hot water. Scrub a bit if you have to and see if the removes the discoloration.
Then let the innerds soak in a strong rubbing alcohol for a whole day or two.
The alcohol will degrade the material a bit but there's no other way to really clean out or kill anything that may be growing in there.

Some are reusable, some aren't. Be sure you know which you're getting. Most will argue here that they're overpriced and you can certainly get better, but they're alright. Their flip holes are sure easier to clean than most onaholes out there.

Tenga products are generally overpriced low-quality holes. Honestly, it's not that much more time or effort consuming to clean out a slightly bigger hole. If you buy the reusable ones, they'll last quite some time if you're gentle enough. I'd suggest you buy entry-level onaholes like the Nekokko Ainyan, which is durable, easy to clean, and can be tight or loose depending on how much suction you give it due to its spiral structure. It shouldn't be that much more than a regular Tenga hole. Ttenga is a more well known brand in the international market due to advertisements from Jewlist and other places on weeb sites.

If you're willing to shell out more, Tomax is always the top option for material durability, longevity, and overall quality.

I really dont get it, I'm a pretty solid size at 8x6(7.5 NBPEL) and I've never experienced any pain or noticeable discomfort, going by other peoples testimony I'm supposed to have torn the entire thing in half.
