Yea get one OP, I have 7, been sleeping with at least one at a time for the last few years now. I have serious issues sleeping without them when I travel now.

If you're a waifufag then I would recommend going the custom route. If you can find an artist you like, it's nice having something that's exactly what you want since you're gonna be sleeping with it every night.

I wish there were some pillows with narrow "waists" and wider "hips". Maybe inflatable design like those half dakis. Why they don't make them? It doesn't feel like my waifu at all when the pillow is shaped like a lion seal.

I bought a daki and a plain white peach skin cover a little while ago on ebay, hopefully it'll be here in 2-3 weeks.
They weren't that expensive either, if I like it I'll probably buy a quality one, and then maybe a lewd cover.

Bootlegs are not that much worse than official ones, and in some cases even better. Being official doesn't make something magically good. Cospa official covers tend to be rather low-quality, but then again that's what that brand name is about. Besides, if you're buying it for cuddling, getting a cheaper, replaceable one makes sense.

Of course, they're nowhere near A&J Lycron covers, but rather few official/doujin covers are like that.

What's the best type of pillow to get for one? I got one at bed bath and beyond but it seems like it's a bit to fat and stuffed and doesn't really simulate a real person well plus it was also a bit too short.

Supposedly it is stronger and more comfortable than normal 2-way tricot, in addition to that it seems fewer hairs are supposed to stick to it.

On their FAQ page they had a form for doujin covers. I guess if you had a completed design then you could have it made in lyctron. Of course the question then becomes, what is the minimum order they accept? It wouldnt't surprise me if you need a double digit number of covers. Though, with enough money you can overcome any obstacle. If OP puts $100 000 on the table I am sure they would be happy to have the cover dunked in holy water and blessed by Amaterasu herself.
