Not yet. Hacker9 has been translated and uploaded in the link provided by OP. Hack9 is one of the future works that's planned to be translated since the ones involved managed to find the chance to do this now with wahiko's approval. The best I can say for now is to wait out further news while enjoying Hacker9's EN ver in the meantime.

Also for future instances, it's a good idea to include wahiko's site on the OP for people that first hear of the franchise and want to take a look

Please note: The dialogue for the first level of Ghost9 and Ghost92 are identical (played through them both and checked line by line). Level 2 has a a few differences, and there are even more changes in level 3.

Side note: Only after translating the ending of Ghost92 did I realize who the person was on the original cover of Ghost92 The silver-haired girl who speaks the last line of dialogue in the true end

And yes the dialogue for Ghost9 and Ghost92 is almost the same as Hack9.

Hacker 9 was downloaded 197 times in one month.

There were two things I caught but they were relatively minor.

1) The English version 1.0 still has the incorrect text for the GLOCK17 in the buyer menu (truncated text, and unappraised item text present)

2) One untranslated line that the player might not usually see (See attached picture: I was able to see it while playing around the the Magic Hand in a corner):

I've finally finished translating Ghost9 and Ghost92. The fact that they shared almost all dialogue helped speed up the process.

By the way, if wahiko-san ever updates Hacker9 again, would it be possible to remove the death punishment (losing all your items and half of your money), please?
I mean, everyone just backups their save files anyway to prevent this, right?
