Since you don't use pixiv, you should be aware that pixiv has two general search settings:
1. Everything, porn and not porn
2. porn only
There's no worksafe setting without you enabling it in your user options. Removing the r-18 search would just mean you'd get non r-18 mixed in with the r-18, not a lack of r-18.
