If you sell out your 30 handshake slots in the first round consistently it means you have serious fans. For most people though, even Namba wotas, it's not just one extra vote. It's double the votes, with the only stipulation being they can't give both of a pair of votes to the same girl. So someone who buys ten votes give ten to their oshi, then splits the others among other favorites. In a lot of people's case I suspect those "other favourites" would include Sayanee.
