I think PoFV. In Cirno's ending, it's the only time she's ever been serious/worried over something (in this case, the prospect of becoming mortal and being able to die, due to what Shikieiki warned her about). Aya finds her moping and cheers her up. However, it's not out of kindness, but in order to get her to do some dumb shit that she can take pictures of.

It's a bit of a mistranslation, really. "Beloved Tomboyish Girl" is a very poor translation of おてんば恋娘, which should read more like "Lovestruck Tomboy". Cirno's the one feeling love, not one loved.
