It would be simple enough with flaps and buttons on the clothing. I mean someone was able to come up with a reasonable way for Satori's clothing to make sense, so wings aren't much of a stretch.

Well in Remi and Flan's case, they can disintegrate and reform themselves and their clothes, so they can probably just mold the clothes holes around their wings. Same with animals that transform into humans with clothes already on. Fairies are the only real question, but that's always been the question.
