Getting in isn't really the problem, it's open registration 1 day a week, you just have to get in that time slot (I believe it's Saturday Chinese time).

Once you're in, you can post all those albums in the doujin section and they'll get you access to a decent amount of rips, but some more "exclusive" stuff is restricted behind "love" or "contribution" restrictions, which you only get for posting self rips within a certain time period after the event (within ~3 months for doujin stuff). I'm assuming all of the CDs in that image were released more than 3 months ago, so you wouldn't get any love or contribution for them, only score and notes.

Notes are used to "buy" the links on posts, you need at least a few to get basically any download, once you upload a few things though you basically have enough to last you forever.
Some stuff has no restrictions on downloading it, but I would say the majority at least have score restrictions, which is relatively easy to get, you just have to post any rips you have, new or old.

Then there is everything else restricted behind those special love and contribution points, which is the reason nobody leaks.
To get to the level where you can download those restricted rips, you need to literally spend hundreds of dollars on new CDs from recent events, you can't just post rips you find online or even old CDs you own, they need to be from recent events, so once somebody grinds up to that level, very few would throw it away to leak a few rips to random people online.

The admins are also very good at tracking down who leaks what, every thread had a list of everybody who downloaded it, and they can cross reference leaked files with users and figure it out fairly easily.

All FELT albums have had issues with the mixing and mastering. Unbalanced mix, usually with the voices being strangely muffled, and there's very often clipping issues in a lot of songs. I've never bothered with more popular circles like FELT's but I did talk to smaller circles about my thoughts on their releases the past events. Like there are these two circles who offered conca cards that lets you download their music in mp3 or wav. Told them that it would be better if the wav files came in tagged. Next release, they got the wav files tagged.

And there's also one where I told that their one track was too bassy that it drowns the vocals in this one track. They took note of it and thanked me but since they're mostly instrumentals, they haven't released any tracks recently with vocals.

I'll just say you should try talking to their booth, of course, if they look free. It wouldn't hurt. Even sending messages on their twitter works. Some circles already gave me downloads when I told them their CD isn't working.
