IIRC no one stated any of their fanhus being related to/in a relationship with canon characters, so I'm not sure where you're getting the fanfiction idea from.

This is Irritate (called Irri for short). She's always very angry. She's kind of like Seija but instead of opposing everything she gets angry over it. Her spell cards are all very fast-paced but are really predictable and don't have any creative patterns. Should be a stage 2 or 3 boss. She apparently has extremely good physical abilities but they're irrelevant since 2hus only fight with lasers.
The ribbon in her hair is supposed to represent an anger vein.

Food in Gensokyo suddenly went bad overnight. The human village is suddenly in danger of starvation if the incident werent solved quickly.

Boss 1

A minor goddess of riverstreams that report the incident of a shadowy figure looming about and cause death in fisheries and riverside plantation. She wants to test the protagonis, or is she?
Power: The ability to hook fishes on the rods of fishermen.

Boss 2

A minor goddess of the mill and fermentation. She also reports the same to the protagonists, but suddenly attacked before claiming that she is merely testing her. This is getting too annoying.
Power: The ability to bake a perfect bread.

A mysterious being that suddenly appear and challenges the protagonist, before thwarted and cries for the stage's boss.

A foreign food spirit that recently appear and tries to make a living by tempting the human village with her weird food. All of the clues being set by the previous bossess points to her, trying to replace the traditional japanese cuisine with foreign one. She is defeated easily but swears that she didnt do anything as nobody is intrested in her food anyway to ever start a revolution. Claims she didnt even know her midboss, but sees her flying sneakily into Muenzuka and suggest the protag to do the same.
Power: The ability to cause spiciness.

Boss 4

Revelaed to be minor goddess of wild eggs and food found in the wilderness. She dresses weirdly since she thinks she's on her way of becoming a major godess and would like to flaunt her status. She said that with the basic human food being rotten away, the humans are going to turn their attention to her. She is stronger than normal, but not because of the incident. Someone has been doping these minor goddesses.
Power: The ability to grant safety in the woods.

Boss 5

Foreign devil that promises those previous minor goddesses that she would make their wish of becoming stronger to be true. Sadly, it was a trick. She does that by rotting off all of the stored food in the human village, which in turn will definitely cause the human to turn their attention to those minor goddess for blessings. However, they wont be able to do it on time before even more plagues appear and kill of the humans for good. Based on djinns.
Power: The ability to destroy bonds.

Boss 6

A partner of previous boss that is also a devil. Based on Mephistopheles. She is the one that give those goddesses power doping that would corrupt them eventually. The stage 1 and 2 arent testing the protag, they are also testing the powers this boss had given them. She works based on contracts, and after defeating her, she revealed that were doing this for an unseen benefactor. that may or may not been revealed in the next game.
Power: The ability to grants powers based on equivalent exchange.

EX Boss

A minor goddess of tea that able to ascend into something stronger during the hassle and uses her newfound power to purify herself. The protag battles her just in case she's still infected by corruption and would destroy Gensokyo's 2nd favorite pasttime.
