From what I can see; there's a new area 'Deep Forest' with 2 new monster girls, there's also a new monster girl at the beach and you can finally capture the sharks.

I have the same issue. There a huge gaps between demo releases too. Maybe by tje end of the year the newest demo will be worthwhile.
