Way to move the goalposts, shitstain. Innumerable general threads were formed in /jp/ with only the mildest criticism, and the VN general threads were not and are not off-topic (and for /a/, corrected) aberrations like DJT was /a/; the core of /jp/ collected in those threads. People only ever started bitching when there were "too many" of them and they were about topics they didn't like.
