Quartet. Probably not yet it's still airing.

Game Center CX is probably my favorite. Maybe about half of the episodes are on DVD.

Haven't followed it in a while since owarai matome sites are getting shittier every day, but I loked Sonna Baka na Man since the "1-hour special about twice a year" era. The corners are really simple yet fun with the small core cast, picture related probably being my favorite. I usually cringe at big dokkiri things, but Pacific Himu is so playful and unpredictable that it's impossible not to laugh.

I suspected the staff had anime lovers in their ranks since Kaji Yuuki did their narration (Uchida Aya later joining as the second narrator), but when the New Year's special and its 公式ＭＡＤ intro aired, there was no doubt of it.
