Accidently uploaded the one before I fixed the weirdly parted text on the advertisement.
Here's the fixed version.

I heard of dumb shit like sanitation engineer or sandwich artist but seeing 'Coffee Engineer' was so dumb it got stuck in my head. Didn't even need to make it up, shit spewing retards at hr wrote itself for me. Getting a certification in retails shouldn't even exist. Stating wage is minimum is actually starting wage is above minimum in the real advertisement and experience is 2+ instead of 3+yrs. Just exaggerated a bit for comedic effect.

I had another 4koma idea that I just say it now so I can get it out of my head and not draw it.

Panel 1: After painstakingly filling out profile forms and uploading CV with the exact same details, ends up on one of those multi-questionnaires. The application is for some supermarket chain or those big department clothes stores that sell really cheap clothes.

Panel 2: 5 answers to each question. All very similar and reasonable, no reason any of them could be considered wrong except maybe one super obvious answer. You are given 10 points to divide it among what answers you think deserve the most points.

Panel 3: Spends a hard time dividing points to the answers and overthinking.
18 pages of these multi-choice questions to go through, estimated time to finish is very long.

Panel 4: MC "WRYYYY's" hysterically with tears in his eyes for comedic effect.

I wish I could be this optimistic.
The worst is that I know I'm being dumb, because I draw for a couple days every couple months, but I still sit there and beat myself up the entire time I'm working on something because I don't meet my own standards and I'm going too slow and erasing too much and a million other things.
I always hear it's supposed to be nice and relaxing, but there are few things that make me feel shittier about myself like art does. I just wanna draw my favorite anime girls because no one else does.
I don't feel worse about each drawing I do, like that other guy, I just feel not-better-enough. The idea of being good eventually is why I keep coming back but actually doing it is just the worst sometimes.

I always say this, the only way to draw good is to draw all the time.
Look at this drawing I did from a year and a half ago.
I spent most of my life being terrible at drawing and that's how I got good at it!
No one is born a good artist.
You have to put some conscious effort into learning the technical side of things, anatomy, shading (which I suck at) lighting etc.
But 99% of learning to draw is drawing. If you want to git gud you have to be bad for a long long time. I draw every day and have done for most of my life, that's why my drawings are kinda OK, if I put more effort in and made more of a conscious effort to focus on the parts I struggle with instead of just drawing whatever I want I'd be a better artist, but I just draw because I love drawing.
So there anon, the only way to be good is to be bad first.

You need to learn how to stylize. "Anime" style doesn't have a lack of nose details for nothing, it's because too much lines on some parts of the face just makes it ugly. It works much better in your screenshot because while the nose exists it's not anywhere near as emphasized as with your lines.

Anime style looks like anime style. If to you, "anime" just means big eyes and faces with exaggerated angles and "realism" means smaller eyes, then I don't think I can explain it to you. FF14 is anime styled too.

If that's what you want, I think you should fix the catgirl's nose too, although I don't think it's that horrible, just that it should be defined more by shading than lines. I also think her hips are a little too narrow. She also only has marks on one side of her face instead of on both. Double check a picture of someone in that pose.(I mean crossed legged and sitting) if you want to be sure you got the pose right. I don't think you should be able to see the back of the leg on the right side though. It looks completely sideways in contrast to the foot being forward.

That smirk also looks weird. I thought that before but after seeing the actual image, it looks really weird without her winking, which I suppose is why it looked so weird to me. Furthermore, while her head is tilted in the screencap, it's straight upright in the image you made, however it's only the chin. Either the face is tilted or the head is supposed to be tilted but the chin isn't tilted with it. Most likely the latter.

It doesn't have that "I traditionally draw with inkbrush" feel where ends of lines have serif like marks and meeting lines have extra thickness and lines generally end somewhat sharply. The whole thing is too thin lined and made of short broken lines too. I think her facial curvature is too exaggerated and her eye on the right side of the image is over too far. I also think she'd benefit from having at least implied lower eyelids (and at least a little of a chin), and it's hard to tell because it gets messy, but I don't think she has enough head above her eyes. It kind of looks like it flattens out above her eyebrows and the hat is just on top of it. It sort of makes her face look higher up on her head, which lowers cuteness.

She also has 5 crystals on the far side and 6 on the near side. It's not a perspective thing either.

There's something inexpressible about her hair too, which is okay because hair varies wildly so it's probably just opinion. I think I could sum it up with something like "there's too many straight lines instead of gradual curves" or that the hair is "made of triangles instead of crescents". It's not universally that way, but it's noticeably more that way than the catgirl image, which is entirely smooth curves.

Hmm there's three answers to that.
The musicbox and guitar following different rythmical patterns is on purpose, yes, but the drum pattern will be changed as I couldn't come up with something satisfying for now.
As for the musicbox itself... no, gotta admit. I didn't bother retaking or quantizing for now so it sounds terribly off beat at the start. WIll fix that in the later version, though.

Also, nice pic. Though I gotta say her feet really are a tad too small for my tastes. The tan is a nice touch, seems like she works out a lot in the sun.
