It's a problem specific to generals.

Generals are populated by a determined group of posters. They're aren't like other threads which may attract everyone lurking the catalog, generals will most of the time have the same people posting on them.

Mods can't possibly lurk every thread, so unless rule breaking content gets reported and brought to their attention it won't get deleted. Since generals have an usual crowd of posters anything that is usually posted in them is regarded as "okay" by the regulars' internal standards, even if that conflicts with the site's actual rules.

I wish Diary had some of the more fun ways to kill yukkuri that Breeding had. I would love to be able to flush them down a toilet or put them in the microwave in diary. Especially if he updated the microwave so that it would make them pop when they were in there too long. It would certainly help for when my niceheads give birth to a shithead to be able to put the shithead in the microwave and make the parents watch. Its out on android and its pretty buggy. I had a gold sparkle Youmu and it turned into a silver with no hair a a Marisa hat and clothes on. Also when you cut up a yukkuri with the katana each piece of the Yukkuri starts acting "alive" with its own voice and everything. Its pretty funny if you can manage to just slice the face off cause then the face just slides around on the floor crying. Also other yukkuri will eat the yukkuri bits.

Smug Dosu living the good life. Alice wearing poopoo pants because no matter how nice and non raper the Alice is she will refresh and end up with little rapers. If you leave the game running with even one Alice without pants it is guaranteed that you will come back and it will be a holocaust of dead yukkuris and dead kos with a dozen stalks. Also note the floating burnt ko hovering near the diffuser. This was the result of burning the feet of a shithead ko while still on the stalk. When the stalk fell the ko remained in mid air flapping its braid and screaming. It died like that and now I can't get rid of it. Also, in this version shells and kotas are able to actually move instead of just standing there and starving to death and shitting themselves.

If you're in Violence Mode and you turn on Predators, there's a decent amount of things you can do in the newest versions.

Shithead Remis and Flans will attempt to eat any other types but Sakuyas, and yukkuri will eat their own poo-poo if it's close by and no better food is available. You can remove accessories and place one in a zone full of hatless yukkuri and watch them fight over it. Heat and cold can be used to aggravate them, as well (ice cream given on cold days/nights, ramen given while they're in pet clothes, etc). There's plenty of ways to abyuse if that's what you want out of the game.

Mister Nice has a job at the factory. He doesn't enjoy his job a whole lot, but every day he continues to work with yukkuris in breeding and training. He doesn't like having to comfort yukkuris that have lost their children to packaging and shipping, but he works anyway to support himself.

Slowly, he gains many friends in the factory, and becomes a popular and hard-working person. Quite suddenly(to him, anyway) he found himself with an employee of the year award. The other workers showered him with praise, and he felt weighed down with guilt even more.

Most importantly the quacks in the R&D department give him a special gift in a rare, unknown yukkuri species. It was completely silent and stoic to them, so after testing(it's contents are strangely normal bean paste, like that of a Reimu or Marisa) and breeding(it's children were not so stand-offish) they decide to give it away as "stress relief".

So Mister Nice carried it home in a ventilated box, unsure of what to do with it.
He sets the box on the table and stares at it. He really doesn't want to hurt it or abandon it, much less return it to the factory.

"Are you okay in there? Will you talk to me?"

No answer.

"I won't hurt you. I promise."

The box rattles slightly. A familiar voice comes from inside.

A Marisa? What's so bloody special about a Marisa? No less, he takes the lid off of the box and peers in.

What he sees is no yukkurisa.
That is perhaps a stretch. It's larger than a normal Marisa or Reimu, but not by much. It has red hair, red eyes, and a purple hat that is otherwise just like a Marisa's. Maybe it's a mutant yukkurisa?

It takes a leap out of the box, showing some physical strength and coordination, and lands on the table with a curious slam rather than a splat. No yukkurisa is this strong or that heavy.

"Where's Mima!" Mister Nice would have thought it was a slur of speech if it wasn't an adult. "Where's some food?! I'm hungry! Mima must be hungrier!"

It's confused, he thinks. Who knows what the quacks in R&D did to it. Even more, he almost sees it as annoying, something he rarely sees anything as(being mister nice and all).
Mister Nice and his new yukkuri have gotten along well enough, but he doesn't know what to call it. It was amusing itself with a green tennis ball it found under the couch, seeming to worship it's green fuzzy properties.

He had called the R&D department and asked where they found this strange red-haired purple-hatted Marisa. Encased in ice near the top of Youkai Mountain, they said, presumably an ancient yukkuri from long ago.

That Maricha yukkurarium game (I don't know the actual name) is adding Reimu, multiple yukkuri in one room, reproduction, etc in an update and I'm pretty excited
This is my favorite yukkuri game and IMO has the best AI and most potential for abyuse compared to sim or diary.

It's a touhou meme. Basically, a futaba channel user tried to draw Reimu and Marisa in ascii or something similar. That guy failed miserably, but another anon thought it was funny and actually drew them. The term yukkuri comes from the text that was above the original and the drawing. The text read 'yukkuri shittiete ne' or do it slowly. It also translates to take it easy.

I find that through a mix of https://pastebin.com/tCMBQT88 (I presume this is the guide you're using), running the HTML manual in the game folder through Google Translate, reading stories about what people have done in the game, and just knowing a bit of basic moon, I can navigate the game well enough, though the scribbly font doesn't make it easy for me. Most of the yukkuri's dialogue is pretty simple baby talk with "yu" mixed in so I can understand that fine too. I have a hard time whenever lots of kanji is involved though, especially with that shitty font. For instance, can anyone help me understand this menu?

So apparently there was an effort to translate this game 2-3 years ago and it died because it was encrypted or some shit. But I guess this isn't the case anymore, cuz now I can just replace any of the text in the .txt file and it easily reflects in the game. I'll go post on OYP and see if I can't get the ball rolling again, but if the same people working on this years ago have left (which is pretty likely) I'll probably just translate the rest myself for my personal benefit.
