I'm not one who would ever spend time rerolling, but if you're asking in terms of power rankings, Tyr is one of the worst SSR and Gaia is not very good at first, but broken once she awakens (months away for you).
Remember that these observations are for the endgame, and you'll probably be fine anyways (SSRs are bteer in general than most non-SSRs after all).
Hermes is also pretty bad by the way. Boreas is ok but you can get her from the jem gacha, Indra too. Dike has a decent debuff for beginners.

You need about 9000 rolls to get a triple SSR. Getting specifically those three, at least 100k roll since the gacha is so bloated with weapons with no himes and Eidolons that are trash. Might as well not play the game by the time you are done. Or get a job and get them three with a month´s wage.

Yeah, the gold ones are plentiful (at least compared to SSRs), and you can get both the gold and silver ones in every event anyways. If you've done with as much SSR stuff as you can, focus on tickets and then either SR weapons (good to feed your other weapons) or EPs.

No. Once Ultimate gets implemented, you'll get 3-4 gold boxes and two pages of materials per run. It's perfectly feasible to collect pretty much everything (SSR eidolon, SSR and SR weapons) once you can defeat Ult with ease (that will take some months of leveling/getting weapons from raids though). Most events will also only have either of the SSR be good (shitty eidolon and good weapon or vice-versa), so you don't have to collect them both most of the time.
Raid and union events also have different mechanics for the grind.

But it gonna drain your sanity more as you have to fight 2 stage of mobs with gimmick that can make your life miserable (like Yatagarasu stage where they can zombiefy and burn you to death). I was thinking that the gacha SR weapon and Disaster SRs had different skill names, but they are all just Burning. There's actually almost no difference between a casual player and a hardcore one in terms of how many times they can roll gacha. Even if you complete stuff like raid events (not even that hardcore a thing) you get what, 100 crystals more than a casual player who stopped earlier? The vast majority of crystals you get by random gift campaigns, the same for everyone. Dragon eyes too can't be farmed enough through Ragnas/Weeklies, at least not enough to buy the good tickets in any amount that matters. It's all luck. Unless by hardcore you mean you pay a lot.

An SSR ticket (can be any SSR of course, eidolon, non-hime weapon etc.) costs ten eyes. One eye costs 10 eye pieces. You get one eye piece a week, and 1 eye piece every 3 successful ragnarocks (ragnarocks can be attempted only once a day) for a maximum of 2 eye pieces per advent event. You get like one piece too from raid events and union events if you farm them all the way through.
