It definitely isn't just that backporting content to PC even further after developing for the PS4 is difficult and not worth the time. It isn't like they're already focusing on a new game or anything.

And yes it's definitely the Touhou side of the equation that's pumping prices (it's 40 bucks). Not the other parties involved in the deal. If you wanted to argue that it's Tasofro's decision, you'd have a much less stupid argument, but Tasofro isn't "Touhou".
