There's not really that much to translate, just some banter. The manual has more than the game, and the story is basically just that rock paper scissors became really popular, and in particular young women playing strip RPS is popular to the point they have tournaments about it. MC is some kid who would hurt all her opponents when playing sports so she could win until her teacher banned her from all sports but RPS. Then that fairy tells her to try playing strip RPS and compete in the tournament.

The ending thing just says that she was able to become the champion and no one got hurt and that she had fun.

The main thing that's usually in her text area is just instructions on which directional button does which move.

It's just RPS. There's nothing really special about it. Up, Left, and Right are the selections and you get a password after each stage. Also an item that lets you take an extra loss usually.
