It'd be a start towards the game not being lower budget than most of the other DMM kusoge its competing with. Giving the OC characters some voices would be nice too.

How grindy is it? Like, how long it will takes to unlock a new girl or to unlock her CGs?

Did DMM obtain the IP rights to the series or what? What about other Elf IPs? I wonder how possible it is to try and purchase the rights.

That mostly on how deep you wallet is.
H-scenes depended on how many affection items you had in stock. Initially you can get a bunch from early quests etc, or from getting rid of dupe girls from the gacha.
H-scenes were unvoiced, and the only voiced lines when I played were ones they ripped directly from the 4 games, so the original characters were all unvoiced. While not getting new lines for all of the characters is understandable without changing their VAs given the age of the franchise, but the OCs being unvoiced annoyed me a bit.

Maybe I was doing it wrong or it's changed since launch, but leveling up each girl took a load of gold and exp items, which quests didn't really reward a lot of, and event stages required playing a shitload of to rank or earn enough tokens to earn the character and her rank up materials. It also wasn't so generous compared to some of the other DMM games I use to kill time in terms of free currency, but the gameplay was decently fun and interesting in terms of using skills and whatnot to try and make better hands.
