Has anyone seen this before? It seems fairly new.
It's a Hearts of Iron IV mod, changing the setting from the world in 1936-1940 to Gensokyo in 149.
It seems to be very much in development, and is very unstable (frequent crashes), but it seems like something to keep an eye on because it could be very interesting.
I think it's quite cool how they managed to think up a map for Gensokyo by themselves.
