There are meta comics about manga authors barely finishing in time for deadlines so it may not be the case even with a guy who just makes covers.

On the positive side the Hijiri Rei story that was advertised for the 150th issue but never actually appeared and was not mentioned for several issues afterwards is finally being published.

I might be the only one who actually cares but I really love his art.
