When I see rooms like these I always wonder where the battlestation is.

For myself its fun to look at rooms like these but in the end I don't think I would want one. It would cost a lot of money and there really aren't enough things I like enough to want to cover a whole room full of merch. Of course I have some but not much.

I'd love to have a room like this but I still live with my parents.

I don't think they'd judge me for it, luckily, but I'd be too embarrassed with them coming in regardless. More incentive to move out I guess...

My ita-room was floor-to-ceiling weebed out and I loved it but it started feeling cluttered and shitty as it approached critical mass. I moved and decided to tone it down a bit.

Isn't my room, and not really what i was thinking of when i said upgrade, i was really just talking about getting some glass shelves and white shelves and a new desk and not sure about a futon or couch, but i want to upgrade my room cus its currently shitty and alll my furniture is just like my brother hand me down bullshit so its all mixed matched and ugly and cluttered. But i want to replace everything so its more clean looking and tight looking, i didn't wanna weeb my room up with such intensity like in the OP pic, but i do have alot of figures and manga and such so it'll be similar but that not sick, i just need suggestions on furniture and such to get .

And often those rooms are way too packed with no room for nothing more at all, the figurines are just shattered all over the room. It does not look good at all.
It's much better just have less stuff and make it actually look good.

You don't need a room to look good unless people other than yourself are entering it. A room for yourself is a room meant to be functional.
A room that is "pretty", "clean", or "presentable" is a room meant for showing off and not for actual use.

My house was the dream before my gf left me and took a bunch of my shit. Now I'm despair and selling a lot of it, and moving in with my parents for a little while.

Not sure what to do with the detolfs and figures, don't want to get rid of them, but nowhere to display them for the forseeable future.

Detolfs are aight, they don't keep out dust.

Actually I got a knockoff detolf from Aldi recently that is better quality in every way, and cheaper. I'd keep an eye out for those.
