I don't think it's a good idea, the multiplier increase is not really worth the 30-second increase in cooldown.

The bonus damage is against youkai in both cases. For the record, her SAW is "attack and defense 2.3x, further bonus of 1.4x against youkai, skill changes to "Onikiri" after use".

I've been debating that one myself. It's effectively a one-use skill since it goes back to her normal multipliers after one use, but there's a much bigger cooldown between the two until you can start using her normal skill again.

Can't speak for BGR, didn't bother. X-Overd is one of the most popular games on 18+ DMM (currently ranked at #6), though. Seems to be similar to Hitsuji in battles, but you basically have specific characters you can change jobs for, and better (higher rarity) jobs mean better units. Haven't played it, but it sounds neat. It apparently has split gachas for male and female units and you can't roll any dupes, from what I remember another anon saying.

Sukuha, Faa and Kokoro are very useful, if you are freemium.
Sukuha is my only mincost princess and she has pretty good skill.
Faa is great tank for ranged attacks.
Kokoro saved my ass in many kami event maps with her skill.

Only one I have yet to use alot is the maid, but she can buff up your bandits, rogues, thieves and pirates in different ways just keeping her in the team. I tend to use her most for the bandit buff.

the princess is fairly useful in that her skill gives her a ranged attack that is only 10% less attack increase than Claudia's SAW with 20 more range. Duration is a lot shorter but it's comparing a normal skill to awakened skill, the awakened skill is even better. She's great if you don't have a good magic fencer.

OK, so I've tried figuring this out on my own but I've gotta be missing something and I've been too scared to talk in Discord.

How can I pick up my 3 stars on levels where my girls just won't hit every pest? I've shifted their starting positions around in every conceivable pattern but nothing seems to do it.

But if you mean story maps like 10-5, it's better just not to bother. Both event maps and story maps have eased up on completion requirements after a while, but the existing story maps stay in place so you have a situation where 30-5 is much easier to 3-medal than 10-5.

Sometimes, you're just at the mercy of the random nodes, and there's nothing you can do that will have a direct effect on whether or not you 3* it.

Best you can do in those cases is work out which team placement gives you the best odds, and just run it until the random nodes cooperate. It's really annoying, yeah.

Sometimes it's a speed thing (i.e. you need slow teams here and fast teams here), but usually it's just RNG.

Voting longhorn beetle, because longhorn beetles are justice. There's currently a quest campaign going on which gives you all sorts of rewards, with a premium gacha ticket if you finish them all.
Unless I'm mistaken, you need to complete 10 daily quests in order to finish one stage, and there's a total of 8 stages. (correct me if I'm wrong, my Japanese isn't the best)

Up till now it was possible to just rush the monthly nutaku event and then switch over to dmm for the rest of the time. My nutaku team has all the good/broken units so i dont want to abandon it.
But still, even with the recent improvements, dmm version is still lightyears ahead in content, has twice as much stuff going on, doesnt skip entire events and you get literal tons of sc due to daily revivals and apologies.

If nutaku gave me 500sc as apology for all the delays, missed units and skipped events till now and promised with 100% that events and units would flow like dmm then i might consider playing and spending here instead again.

They have decent offense for a low-cost class, but their dodge is incredibly wonky and they don't have the UP-supporting abilities other early deploys (soldiers, valkyries, vanguard tacticians) do. One subclass giving you +2-3 UP per assassination or something could be neat, making Berna and to some extent Junon passable ramps in some maps.

Is it possible to rip the hcg of these games ? Tried picking up kamihime then I realized it's basically gbf with a much, much worse grind.

Depends. At a 50/50 rate (I seem to recall drop rate actually being a smidge lower?) you're looking at average 11 stamina per unit. But you could also end up like the poor anon above that went three runs with no drop, which means losing 12 stamina with nothing to show for it.

It probably averages out to be slightly better than 12 stam, but I think the 12 stam map has the better side drops (plat armors/rubies).

Yeah, it's pretty neat. 2ch also comments that there may be knights with support skills in the future, since the word "enemy" is specifically highlighted in the skill summary.

Something like "1.5x damage to 3 enemies, attack 5% to party" could be fairly good, and Gerbera and Fritillaria's nigh-useless abilities could be converted to something like that as well. It still seems to be a long shot, though.

Iris gives up to 907 base healing with her skill awakening (a bit more if you go heirophant like a pleb) while making everyone in range incredibly tanky versus physical damage for 80 seconds and gives another defense boost from her ability. Rinne has FAR, FAR more range, and while worse at healing a single target, can put out 1206 base healing and provides 30% physical dodge chance and an autorevive token, and also costs less than a healer while providing feng shui's benefits of weather/map condition reduction vs. a healer's more niche status effect reduction. Iris does have the temporary advantage over Rinne of having a 2nd awakening to give her one of those passives, but it really depends. If you already have someone like Deine, Iris's defense might be overkill, for example.

I have a good amount of blacks already, most of them being good classes that cover a lot of ground, so it makes my decision a little bit easier, but not that much easier.

I could either go for broken and choose Aisha, Nanaly, or Rion. Of these three I most like Nanaly the most, she's cute and I'm still only using Claire so I wouldn't mind choosing her.

or I could go with the girls I most like, Cornelia, Altair, and Olivier. I dunno, it sounds like Night Asssassins have the same assassination rate with normal attacks as lesser rogues would with an assassination skill. Not that anon but I struggled there as well, get some powerful friends and if you are lazy and use auto make sure to set some atk skills like light edge or better if you have them as the default attack.

Also, you should spin the shard gacha for UC and some basic job evos for som very much needed stats. They helped me a lot. Now I'm slowly making my way on the limited dungeons and second map golden crowning everything (being carried by monster allies most of the time though).

Late-game stuff is majin maps, and for example majin Bifrons level 15 is 140000 hp, 600 def, 70 MR, 7000 attack, assassination immune.
So either you want something that could turn your tanks into insanely-tough tanks (Black Iris) or something with insane DPS (Rion), or something that could strip MR (Estelle, Ingrid). And Aisha is just generic cheat unit helping with everything.

Iris, in contrast, combines a strong heal with the ability to make you near-unkillable against physical damage, Rinne provides a flat dodge chance and death insurance to your tanks in addition to area heals, and Aisha brings 14% HP and -30% cooldown to your entire team right off the bat, hits like a truck even out of skill, and has a "kill everything on screen" button for emergencies (but needs a ton of investment before she gets to that point). No other character in the game is going to give you these perks at once.

Multi-hit characters like Rion and Nanaly also get mentioned a lot despite not being too amazing by themselves, this is because dancers are very good for high-tier maps and they in turn are amazing with a dancer around.

category a lot of units are in. They don't have that extra oomph needed for the very hard maps because they try to be too many things at once.

Simple but effective stuff like increasing stats, decreasing enemy stats, or increasing attack speed are the skills that really shine. This is why dancers go from being why did you even bring this to you have to have this in very hard maps.

She gets permanent 396 range with skill awakening, so she'll be healing 3 units at once across the whole map, and giving allies dodge chance will take away a lot of the healing burden so her seemingly low attack won't hurt too much. Less pure strength than Iris maybe, but fewer weaknesses too.
