This is not origami, it's papercraft. Origami is simply folding a single piece of paper while papercraft uses various pieces and also involves cutting and gluing besides folding

My only experience with papercraft is printing out the free Balrog that came with the deluxe free version of Cavecraft but for some reason his grey always turned into greenish yellow when printing out.

As per the instructions, the recommendations are A4 matte paper with around 0.13~0.15mm thickness; going thicker might prove troublesome, but you definitely don't want to go much thinner. Print double-sided, as you'd probably figure out by yourself.

the cutting is the hardest part i think, some of the lines were very small and tricky to cut

also the ribbon part is supposed to use stapler but i used glue instead
