Onahole fairy is the third piece in the trifecta of horrible otaku fetishes, alongside dickgirls and oppai loli.

Like them, they're an oxymoron, where as futa is liking a girl for her dick and oppai loli is liking a young girl for her old lady breasts, onahole fairy expresses a desire to fully insert your penis into something that cannot even reasonably hold it. Not only does it actually fetishize onaholes(instead of fairies or tiny girls, it reaches to just being the moefication of a fap toy.), but at least onaholes are built to take a dick. I can get behind minigirls, and behind huge insertions, but the way onahole fairies combine it is bothersome. I much prefer them to just be able to fit it inside or to just use their whole bodies if too small for the former.

It also bothers me when fairies are between ~12 inches and ~25 inches. It's like too small to put it in and too big to wrap themselves around it.

Partially because it was too heavy, partially because of uneven balance.

too much weight forward caused the cup to spill over. Probably would have been less likely to happen were she not flying.

I think that one of the biggest changes from the 98 series to the Windows series was the change of the default enemy from ghost to fairy. It completely changes the atmosphere as much as anything else.
