Well her stiff limbs are (probably) caused by rigor mortis, but why do they never relax again like a normal corpse?
If we look into the process then calcium ions cause the muscles to contract, while ATP cause them to relax again. Upon death ATP is quickly depleted so the muscles stiff up, until decay and digestion enzymes cause them to relax again. So we can assume that Yoshika has no or almost no ATP left and that decaying process is magically stopped. Additionally we can theorise that her abbility to regenerate is either none or very low. Either by low intake of glucose, no functioning body parts to make the reaction or low intake of oxygen. Furthermore, ATP is important for protein synthesis and cognitive processes. The last being interesting, cause it explains why she is so dumb with all the thinking stuff.

So if her decaying is stopped for her whole body, a regular intake of ATP can make her flexible again and a bit smarter. Granted braincells die really fast as soon as oxygen is gone, so it depends entirely on how well the reanimation spell works.
