Homely and decent selection, for the place that isn't Akihabara. Will have most of the stores you are looking for, but Mandarake is located elsewhere in Osaka. Been to the Den Den town last week and planning to go back today for a bit before I leave.

Make sure to go to the funky ice cream store with Jellyfish flavor.

The Akiba no Ekkusu store #1 is one of my favorite places to go and see used figures, its second floor is filled with a good selection of (non-Griffon) Touhou stuff.
Even has a few T's system figs, which are rare from what I've seen.

One place that seems to specialize in Touhou goods is Surpara Shop (サーパラショップ), has anyone been there?
They supposedly host a Soku tournament every week on Monday, heh.
