So, why is it strange that Shiki can kill servants? In Heaven's Feel, Shirou kills Dark Beserker with Nine Lives Bladeworks. Keep in mind, Archer lost to Beserker in Fate / Stay Night and Shirou was only able to use it through Archer's Arm.

If it's okay for Shirou to kill servants then why not Shiki?
