Mogeko is a girl IRL.
And it's creepy at first, but then just gets silly.
Wadanohara is more light-hearted and only has one creepy part in the middle of the game. It's super easy-modo, though.

In both endings, her brother lets her stab her.

In the "happy" ending, her brother stays alive long enough to become lucid again and give her closure, but she's still really traumatized and either mogeko uses that to get into her head and 'play' with her for the rest of her life or she just hallucinates it, but either way, she's suffering through some bad shit that no amount of medication will ever fix.

In the normal ending, he dies immediately, and she kind of snaps a little. She wanders, zoned out, until she finds that she's wandered into Mogeko Castle again. She kills mogeko, and (possibly because of that, or maybe the power was ~inside her all along~) she becomes the god of the world Mogeko Castle is in, Lord Proscuitto, which is why this is the best ending.
