I like fake things. Like a girl going out of her way to enhnce and change her natural appearance to better appeal to somebody (or many sombodies), even at the expense of her own individuality and unique charm. It's the pursuit of an artificial, arbutrary perfection entirely to appeal to somebody else.

A girl wearing pads to enhance her breasts is a less extreme example of that. In hindsight, respect may not have been the best word to use there, though. And I do agree that it doesn't make much logical sense for Sakuya to pad her breasts, regardless of size. It's just something I'd personally enjoy for less-than-stellar reasons.
