Are we allowed to talk about ramen here? It can be japanese culture, right?

How do you like yours, /jp/? Been wanting to try out different methods of ramen that aren't american brands so I figured asking you where to start would be a great way to go about it. I'd go as far as ordering abroad for this.

Consider myself lucky to have a great ramen place near me.

Authentic Japanese prep. It's a small shop in a food court of a Japanese market. Gets really crowded

Haven't been able to find anything close to it in taste with all the non Japanese "ramen" places I've been to.
