So, it's a Bluray+DVD set, including episodes 2 to 4 and 40 minutes of bonuses apparently. Also, a 12-page booklet seems to be included.

I still don't know how many discs there will be (technically, all mentioned episodes can fit on a single DVD or Bluray).

15 min run times and 4 episodes is around an hour or so actual ep content, so a one disc set is feasible given average space restrictions on such things.
