When I was in middle school I used to play with my pencil's and erasors and put them in a fighting game tournament like pokemon.

It's real, kids during that age will either try to fall in line as much as possible with what's popular and accepted, or start being weird. I think everyone can remember some shit they did as a teenager that was weird as fuck though, especially those of us who went through phases on the internet.

I can only thank my lucky stars that I was chuuni mostly in a private, and so it didn't kill my public image.

I think I still have it. Pretending life is something more than miserable drudgery makes it more tolerable.

I actually believed that i could shift to another plane and used to autistically fight stuff all around the school grounds. I used to fuck trees too, with clothes of course. Didnt care if someone was watching because i was in the other world. Most of it was inspired by YuYu and Inuyasha. Happy retarded times i would say.

A long time ago, when I was just a little Anon, I had a crush on a chuuni-type girl. She identified as a spelling-casting witch. I thought it was cute, but ended up getting rejected. But to this day I have a soft spot for the character archetype.

As for me, I had my edgelord Satanist phase in my teenage years if that counts.

In preschool there was a girl who wanted to pretend Dragontales with me. I was pretty self-aware during those times and realized that none of it was real and I was just wasting my time.

I did the ninja run a few times when I was in elementary school but I was surprisingly self-aware so I caught onto my shit quickly and cut it out.

My imagination is still stupidly active though and in private I'll often act out my favorite characters or some shit like a total loser. I just get so immersed in the realm of fantasy, it's so much more interesting than real life of course I'd love to get as close to that as possible.

When I was 10/11 I would run around with sharpened sticks with my friend and we'd pretend we were magic warriors. I'd buy those fancy looking rocks from souvenir stores and say they were magic stones and we both had invisible magic girlfriends. We made our base by a creek in a patch of woods. Kind of early form of chuuni.
