Low computational requirement, the perfect type of game for the system. It's a platform you can instantly pick up up or set on standby, which is fine for lunch breaks (people don't actually drag along their laptop and start it up just to play tohou, do they?). And you can touhou in any room of the house, not just in front of your PC.

The only downside is you can't torrent the games for free.
